Independence Day will be celebrated across the country on July 4th. Las Vegas will likely be a popular travel destination for the 4th, and has some of the best fireworks displays you may ever see. Celebrate our nation’s birthday in Las Vegas!
As we learn about plans for our July 4th holiday here in Las Vegas, we will list the events below. So please follow the links and check with the organizers before you decide to head out.

July 4th events & Fireworks
The City of Henderson Celebration & Fireworks – Don your red, white and blue for our Fourth of July Celebration July 4, 2023 from 6pm-9:30pm at Heritage Park in Henderson. Featuring live entertainmen- featuring iconic Country music group, Little Texas, family activities, food and a special fireworks display to end the night in patriotic style. Official City of Henderson fireworks launch locations also include:

Station Casino’s Fireworks Displays- Station Casinos will light up the sky once again with spectacular Fireworks by Grucci displays at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino (in partnership with the City of Henderson) this 4th of July.
The two local favorites will be the ultimate Independence Day firework destinations with viewing parties from the resorts’ pool decks, cabana packages, and social media live streams for those that cannot attend in person. Doors will open at 7:30 and fireworks will begin at 9pm.
Night of Fire at the Bullring– Las Vegas Motor Speedway- Monday, July 3rd, beginning at 5pm. Fireworks and NASCAR short-track racing – start your 4th of July celebrations with us for our annual Night of Fire! Kids 12 and under get in free. There are activities for the kids along with raffle prizes and big wheel racing! Tickets are priced at $15, but ticket price will increase on event day.
Summerlin Council Patriotic Parade – Tuesday, July 4th at 9am. American spirit will be on full display this Fourth of July in Summerlin. The Patriotic Parade is returning in star-spangled style, complete with dazzling floats, larger-than-life balloons, dynamic performances, and, of course, tributes to our U.S. military heroes. You can get more information on this event at the link. The parade route begins at Hillpointe Road and Hills Center Drive and follows Village Center Circle.
4th of July Fireworks Paddle at Lake Las Vegas– Hosted by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. Get your ticket for a 2.5 hour time block. Paddle under the stars and fireworks on the 4th! Tickets start at $89 and includes:

4th of July Yacht Cruise at Lake Las Vegas– Hosted by Lake Las Vegas Water Sports. Experience a sizzling 4th of July on this firework cruise! Head to the lake for an unforgettable night of spectacular pyrotechnics, live music, and a patriotic atmosphere. Dress in your finest red, white, and blue and prepare for an explosive celebration.
General admission tickets are $79, there will be 2 stocked bars accepting Cards only, you must be over 21 to board this cruise. Seating is first come first serve. Please see the link above for all of the details.
The Plaza Hotel & Casino in downtown Las Vegas is holding its annual Independence Day party once again. Tuesday, July 4th, doors will open at 7:30pm. After the sun sets, the pool transforms into a prime firework viewing location to light the Vegas sky with a live DJ set and cocktails. Must be 21+. It will be staged from multiple locations on the Plaza’s roofs and towers and should be visible for miles.
Aviators Post-Game Fireworks– This event happens Sunday, July 2nd and Monday, July 3rd after the game. Tickets start at $22.
Boulder City Damboree events– The 75th annual Boulder City Damboree is back on July 4th, 2023. The Damboree festivities begin with the Rotary Pancake Breakfast at 7:00AM and culminating in the popular fireworks show the town is known for at 9pm! The parade will begin at 9am, and July 4th festivities begin at 4pm at Veteran’s Memorial Park.
