You can find some great DIY fun for kids to take home that’s designed to inspire the next generation of builders while growing their confidence and DIY skillset.
Lowe’s is excited to offer a new Kids project each month, ranging from classic projects like planters and bird feeders to fun vehicles or other engaging kid-friendly projects. The custom building kits are not only designed to inspire the next generation of builders and grow confidence, but intended to be a quality toy that kids can enjoy for years to come.
And now, Lowe’s DIY Kids Workshops have returned to the stores. Get ready to build with your mini DIYer!
Memories that Won’t Melt Away- Snowman Picture Frame– January 21, 2023. No mittens required to build this snowman. Your little builder will create a wooden snowman picture frame that’s perfect for displaying heartwarming memories.
Just register now at the link for the in-store workshop. Choose your time and how many kiddos. Workshops hosted by one of their experts are held from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
Wasn’t able to sign up for one of the expert hosted workshops? Choose the 12:00pm – 8:00pm time slot to stop by to pick up a kit from Customer Service and enjoy building your kit at home.
The recommended ages for the Lowe’s DIY Kits are 4-11. All supplies and instructions are included! All workshop participants must register to receive a kit to complete. At the front of the store you can also find multiple home kit options priced around $10.
Kits are typically available for pickup on the 2nd weekend of each month. Check the Lowe’s site regularly to see when a new kit is released for registration, as spots fill up quickly!
