Join barre3 for an outdoor socially distanced class on the Green at the District at GVR! Get out and move in the fresh air while still keeping yourself safe in a small class size of 8 people, spaced 6 feet apart. This is a 60 minute barre3 class encompassing strength training, cardio and mindfulness.
No experience is necessary to take the class, but reservations are recommended. Please plan to arrive at 8:30am to fill out a waiver. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Drop in rate applies, single classes run $23.
