Burgers. Bacon. Beer. Slater’s 50/50 was founded in 2009 in Anaheim Hills, California by Scott Slater, a SoCal native with a passion for burgers. And Slater’s 50/50 now has two locations in Las Vegas!
Inspired by the belief that bacon is the best stuff on earth, Scott created the original 50/50 patty– made of 50% ground bacon and 50% ground beef. Add a menu full of amplified burgers and indulgent dishes to pair with one of the most mind-blowing selections of craft beer available on tap anywhere. And, they allow you to build-your-own burger!
Over the past years, Slater’s 50/50 has won numerous “Best Of” awards, including Best Beer List 2019, and is constantly mentioned among the best of the best in local media outlets. They were also recently the winner of the Netflix series: Fresh, Fried & Crispy.

Trivia Nights at Slater’s 50/50 have returned
Slater’s 50/50 also offer Trivia Night. Come in, get seated and get your food at 7PM. Trivia starts at 8PM. Expect categories to be various – from pop culture to throw backs to knowing your cereal boxes!
There will be 7 rounds + one final trivia question, with THREE winning teams scoring prizes of 25%, 15%, and 10% off their ENTIRE CHECK! Win Beer! Win Bacon! Study up Renaissance Man style!!!
Show up as a team, or swing by solo – everyone and all ages are welcome! These events sell out, so make your reservation at the link early!
Every Tuesday Night 7pm at the Lake Mead location and Wednesday Night 7pm at the Silverado Ranch location!
Locals first is back! Attention Las Vegas Locals! Show us your Nevada ID and we’ll hook you up with $1 craft beers! All Day on the first of each month, with a new craft beer introduced every hour from 9am to Midnight! Reservations may be necessary so call ahead.

Happy Hour at Slater’s 50/50
Happy Hour is Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm to close, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 9pm-close.
Diners can get half off select draft beers, $6 Slaterized fries, $6 cocktails, and $8 paired appetizers, including bacon mac and cheese balls and housemade frickles with honey mustard.
Slater’s 50/50 is a proud supporter of our service men and women. Present your United States Military ID or First Responder Identification (Police / Fire / Medical) for 10% off our entire food menu. Our Military and First Responder discount does not combine with any other offers.
Reservations are still recommended, especially during events and sporting events. You can reserve right on their website at both locations.
Place a curb side pick up order online and your burgers will be ready in 15 minutes! Prefer to pay and pick up in the Henderson store instead? Call 702-766-5050 and they will have it at the hostess stand when you arrive.
