The holidays are here and many of you look forward to the sight of a magnificent Christmas tree. Whether you decorate yours before Thanksgiving or on December 24, here’s a list of Christmas Tree lots in the Las Vegas area. Pick out a beautiful tree and enjoy decorating with family and friends.
Tips on choosing your tree
- MEASURE! Make sure you know your ceiling height and account for the tree stand that you’ll be using.
- Drilled or clamp stand? You can have a hole drilled through the center of your tree for a drilled tree stand, which are sold at some tree farms. If you have a clamp stand, make sure the trunk of your tree will fit securely in the clamp (not too small and not too big). Leave enough trunk that you can slice off a small piece when you get home so that it’s a fresh cut that will soak up the water.
- Type of tree. Decide what type of tree you prefer, as these are often planted in different areas on the tree farms. Long needles or short, green or blue green, fir, spruce, or pine? Here’s an article of different Christmas tree types and photos.
- Trees on the lots are typically priced per foot or by size, so the larger the tree, the more you will have to pay.
Gilcrease Orchard will be selling Christmas trees again this November on Friday the 24th & Saturday the 25th- (the Friday and Saturday following Thanksgiving). from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm or until sold out. The trees are natural, forest grown trees from the mountains of Beaver, Utah. They are the freshest trees you will find, and they make for beautiful Christmas trees.
Parking Tip – We recommend entering from the east side of the property from Rainbow. We have additional parking available on the south side of Whispering Sands.
*Waiting for update for 2023. Opening Day is Monday, November 21st, 2022, with all locations open by the 23rd! Boca Park first delivery date is November 23. Through December 24th, they have locations in Summerlin, Southwest and South Las Vegas. Hours are daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Boca Park, 10am-9pm daily at Silverado Ranch, and weekdays from Noon-9pm, and Weekends 10am-9pm. They offer Douglas Fir, Nordmann, Fraser Fir, Grand Fir and Noble Fir trees. Buy online with same day delivery and set up!

*Mckee Ranch Foundation– *Christmas at the Ranch has not been announced yet for 2023. Hours are typically Friday-Sunday from 10am-3pm. With a $20 donation or more for the whole family, you includes a pony or horse ride, & access to all the Holiday Play areas. There will also be Christmas Trees for sale, Playground area, Christmas Decor, mini Photo Ops with LaLa Photography, and Train Rides.
Beginning Black Friday through December 24th. They offer fresh shipments of Noble Firs, Grand Firs & Douglas Firs coming in daily. You can pick out your tree and have it delivered. Lot hours are daily from 9am-9pm. Tree lots are available at their Northwest, Central and South Las Vegas locations (see link). Also, you can sign up for their newsletter and get a $10 off coupon.
Seasonal items will be arriving the week of Thanksgiving at all Star Nursery locations. Each store will carry a variety of different Christmas trees, Garlands, Poinsettias, and Wreaths. Make sure to come pick the perfect tree and seasonal items while supplies last. Happy Holidays! Douglas Firs starting at $39 each.

What’s the average cost of a Christmas tree? I’m looking for something that is small, maybe no more than 4ft?
Hi there. I don’t have exact pricing for all of the lots. Your best bet may be to call the lot nearest you and check their pricing for 4 ft. trees.
Do you know any that offer delivery and set up, and around what the cost for that might be?

Rudolph’s specializes in trees during the season, and you can order online and have a tree delivered. The cost starts at $145 for a 6′ tree. Moon Valley will deliver for a minimal fee. I would maybe find a lot close to you, the delivery fee will likely be less. Good luck!
