Tropical Smoothie Café is giving any customer wearing flip-flops a FREE Sunshine Smoothie on June 15 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at participating locations. The signature smoothie is a mix of mangos, bananas, oranges and pineapple.
For the café, the day is also a mission to raise money for Camp Sunshine. The non-profit is the only retreat in the nation to address the effects of a life threatening illness on every member of the immediate family – the ill child, the parents and siblings.
If you’re feeling generous, you can donate — even just a buck or two. Although, it’s not necessary to receive the complimentary smoothie — just wear flip-flops.
