Smashburger may be known for its juicy burgers, but they’re joining the chicken sandwich wars.
The restaurant just introduced its newest premium menu item, the Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

Made with Nashville hot crispy chicken, spicy red pepper mayo, pickles and served on a classic toasted bun, the hot new menu item is available nationwide through June 15.
To encourage customers to take a bite of the new chicken sandwich, Smashburger is offering special on April 20 at participating locations — get a buy-one-get-one FREE Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The offer is open to all customers and available in-restaurant, online and for delivery. No promo code or coupon necessary.
Plus, in an effort to calm the chicken sandwich wars, the chain wants to “share the peace” with its competitors’ employees. From April 19 to 22, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., they’re hosting a “Peace Hour” when any fast casual or fast-food employee in uniform can enjoy a Scorchin’ Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich totally FREE.
