Head out to the Henderson Pavilion April 11 for the Henderson Bluesfest. Headlined by The Robert Cray Band, and featuring Mavis Staples, Southern Avenue, and the Dennis Jones Band.
The Robert Cray Band is led by none other than Robert Cray who has been bridging the lines between soul and R&B for the past four decades. Hits like “Smoking Gun,” “I Guess I Showed Her,” and “Right Next Door” is just a small taste of the hits that have earned him five Grammy Awards over his career.
Doors open at 3pm, the show schedule is as follows but is subject to change:
3:30pm- the Dennis Jones Band
5pm- Southern Avenue
6:30 pm- Mavis Staples
8pm- The Robert Cray Band
Tickets to the festival start at $30.50-$40.50. The Henderson Pavilion will be canopy-free this season. Come out for concerts under the stars! The Henderson Pavilion is located at 200 S. Green Valley Pkwy in Henderson.
