Grab your kiddos and get outside for some fresh air and exercise, Stroller Strides is back!
Join FIT4MOM for Stroller Strides at the District every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9am located on the Green near Whole Foods.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser.
All of the instructors abide by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ recommendations for exercises. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom.
Your first workout is complimentary, with local NV ID. You can sign up for class interest here. Classes cost around $16 each class, but prices vary depending on which class you take. Check out their multiple class locations around Vegas and class schedule options here. Not all locations and times are back in action just yet, so be sure to check the availability in advance.
