Starbucks is sending customers good vibes and surprises

Everyone can benefit from “good vibes” from time to time. With all of the hopes, dreams and goals a new year brings, now’s a good time for more positive energy in the world.

And Starbucks is sending positive encouragement to its customers via text.

The ubiquitous cafe just tweeted, “To start 2022 off right, Starbucks is sending you good vibes. Literally. Text “hi” to 78887 to sign up and you might just get a couple surprises along the way…”

When you sign up, you’ll be asked what you hope defines your 2022. Respond via text with the corresponding number from the following:

1 for Peace

2 for Growth

3 for Relationships

4 for Gratitude

For Starbucks lovers, the best part is the “good vibes” texts will include “a couple of surprises” for those who’ve signed up.

Keep checking your texts for positive words of encouragement from Starbucks, as well as possible complimentary drinks, discounts or giveaways. (Note: Starbucks has not confirmed exactly what the “surprises” may be.)
