If your teen wants to work on their health and fitness through the summer, look no further. They can beat boredom and work out for FREE with the Planet Fitness High School Summer Pass.
Teens ages 14-19 can work out for free May 15- August 31 at their nearest Planet Fitness location. That’s right! Sign up starts May 16, they’ll even remind you to sign up.
Even if they’ve never been in a public gym before – no problem. Planet Fitness is home of the Judgement Free Zone®, so teens can better themselves without feeling self-conscious.
Beginning May 15, teens can sign up for the High School Summer Pass in person at their preferred location. Teens under 18 must register with a parent or guardian online or in-club.
There are 17 Planet Fitness clubs located around the Las Vegas/Henderson valley. You can find the location nearest you here. You must work out at the club where you sign up for the High School Summer Pass.
According to the Mayo Clinic, working out and other forms of physical activity can definitely ease symptoms of depression or anxiety and make you feel better. Exercise may also help keep depression and anxiety from coming back once you’re feeling better. Your teen can ease stress and lighten their mood for free all summer long.
To help teens out, certified trainers at Planet Fitness have also designed 15 trainer-led workout videos and 10 downloadable workouts – encompassing cardio, strength, toning and sports circuits – just for high schoolers (across all fitness levels).
All participants who sign up starting May 15 are automatically entered into The Planet Fitness High School Summer Pass Sweepstakes. All summer long, they’ll have a High School Summer Pass™ leaderboard keeping track of the number of sign ups from each school. At the end of the summer, the top 10 schools on the leaderboard will each receive a $10,000 grant!
