All of last year’s Oktoberfest activities here have been postponed or cancelled for 2020.
Oktoberfest is just around the corner, beginning as early as Friday, September 13th- October 31st. Who couldn’t use some schnitzel and a stein of bier? Check out this list of Oktoberfest happenings in Las Vegas.
The Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas- Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas has temporarily suspended operations given the ongoing call for greater social distancing measures from public health officials. We look forward to raising a stein with all of you again as soon as it is safe to do so.
It is the only place in Las Vegas where beer lovers can taste the same Oktoberfestbier that is served at the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. This Oktoberfest celebration lasts literally for weeks, Friday, September 13th- Thursday, October 31st, with celebrity keg tappings happening on Fridays and Saturdays. This year’s celebrities include Frankie Moreno, the Crazy Girls, Anthony Cools, Zowie Bowie and more! This extravaganza features a smorgasbord of German fare such as schnitzel and bratwurst as well as endlessly flowing lagers, celebrity appearances, a stein holding competition, traditional music from a lederhosen-clad band and big ticket raffles. Oktoberfest at the Galleria Mall– Put on your lederhosen and head to the Galleria Mall for the only Oktoberfest in Henderson, happening on September 28th, from 3pm-9pm. They will be pouring over 15+ different German and local beers, live polka dancing and bavarian music, of course, brats, pretzels and more! There will be a Beer Hoisting contest and a Stein Hoisting competition in partnership with Sam Adams.
There are two options this year for tickets.
- $50 Per Person Includes: All You Can Drink and Contest Entries
- $25 Per Person Includes: Three (3) Beers and Contest Entries.
You must be 21 to participate in certain contests and receive a beer stein, but families are welcome to attend. Kids are free to enter but must be accompanied with a parent at all times. You can get your tickets here.
German-American Social Club of Nevada– Celebrate Oktoberfest October 4th-5th, 2019, with the German-American Social Club of Nevada. Friday, October 4th- Beer, Brats and Sauerkraut from 6pm-10pm. Saturday, October 5th- Authentic German Food, Live Music and German Dancers from 3pm-10pm. Admission is FREE but food and beverage is available for purchase. Check here for more details. (1110 E. Downtown Brew Festival– POSTPONED. October 19th, 5pm-9pm. Produced by Motley Brews, the 8th Annual Downtown Brew Festival is Las Vegas’ iconic fall craft beer, music and culinary festival under the stars. Admission to the Downtown Brew Festival includes samples of more than 200 brews, live entertainment and local culinary artists. Tickets start at $35 with a VIP package for $80 (available until 9/8). You must be 21 and over to attend. The festival is held at The Clark County Amphitheater, located at 500 S Grand Central Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89106.
