The Las Vegas Strip fireworks show on New Year’s Eve is tradition and second only to New York’s Times Square in terms of crowd size. Once again, this New Year’s Eve, Vegas is planning another spectacular fireworks extravaganza!
New Year’s Eve Fremont Street fireworks
Ring in 2025 with Fremont Street Experience’s NYE, Time of Your Life Celebration. The can’t-miss event will feature live performances by legendary acts Flo Rida, Locash, Bow Wow, Trick Daddy with Mike Jones, 3OH!3, Dylan Marlowe, and more! Tickets are on sale now for $55, you must be over 21.
Fremont Street Experience’s NYE, Time of Your Life Festival is the official New Year’s Eve party of the city of Las Vegas. The historic event is hosted by the Mayor of Las Vegas, Carolyn Goodman and features an iconic countdown to the New Year culminating in an epic display of pyrotechnics and digital fireworks on the world’s largest screen, Viva Vision.
The Plaza hotel-casino in downtown Las Vegas will once again have fireworks on New Year’s Eve. It will be staged from multiple locations on the Plaza’s roofs and towers, the spectacular fireworks display will be an amazing show for people downtown and visible for miles beyond.
New Year’s Eve on the Strip
Plan on seeing the best fireworks in the world this NYE in Las Vegas! The coordinated show with a theme of “More in ‘24,” will take place from the rooftops of nine Strip hotels — one more than in past years with the addition of Fountianbleau Las Vegas, the city’s newest resort.
This year, fireworks pyrotechnic display will be launched from the following casinos:
- MGM Grand Hotel & Casino
- ARIA Resort & Casino
- Planet Hollywood Las Vegas
- Caesars Palace
- Treasure Island
- The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
- Resorts World Las Vegas
- The STRAT
- Fontainebleau Las Vegas
The Sphere has NYE handled inside and out.
The Sphere’s celebration officially launches at 5 a.m. Pacific on Dec. 31, when Sydney welcomes in 2025. The Exosphere will display culturally themed imagery with countdowns from such international cities as Tokyo, Abu Dhabi, London, Buenos Aires, New York, Chicago and Denver.
The final 30-second countdown in Las Vegas will serve as the official countdown to “Making Vegas Memories,” the theme of this year’s “America’s Party 2025” pyrotechnic show, in which fireworks are fired from the rooftops of nine resort properties across the Strip.
The Strip starts shutting down at 6 p.m. and won’t reopen until nearly 2 a.m., so make sure to plan how you’ll get to your party celebrations. If you’re planning to return to your hotel between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m., make sure you have your hotel key with you as some will require it to reenter the property. Free bus transportation will be provided all night, starting at 6 p.m.
The Strat– Celebrate new beginnings at The STRAT! Welcome 2025 with the best view of the midnight fireworks in town. Admission to the SkyPod tower party at the indoor observation deck on Level 108. Dance to music from a DJ, food and drinks available for purchase at 108 Drinks and 108 Eats, party favors, 9pm-1:30am.
The High Roller– The High Roller welcomes guests for a spin on the world’s tallest observation wheel, beginning at 10 pm for a 30-minute ride to ring in the New Year. Fly LINQ– Located just steps from the High Roller is Fly LINQ. The FLY LINQ Zipline is an adrenaline fueled and electrifying sky-high experience for thrill-seekers looking for an exhilarating ride! Fly at the speed of fun 12 stories above The LINQ Promenade on the Strip’s only zipline experience, FLY LINQ. FLY LINQ Zipline is open daily 2pm-10pm.
Brooklyn Bowl at the LINQ– Featuring Throwback + Current R&B/HipHop. Doors open at 9:00pm, tickets are $25-35, 21 and over.
Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas– Party like a rock star on New Year’s Eve at Hard Rock Live Las Vegas located inside Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip. The celebration will feature a Live Party Band, Premium Open Bar; Food Stations featuring chef-prepared apps, Party Favors and a Champagne Toast at Midnight. Guests will enjoy a true party atmosphere with reception style seating in groups of four to ten at each table, enjoy photo-ops and dancing the night away on our LIVE dance floor! Ice Rink at the Cosmopolitan– Experience a New Year’s Eve fireworks watching celebration at The Ice Rink. Complete with unmatched views of The Las Vegas Strip, an open bar, beats by DJ Adam and a champagne toast at midnight.
- Admission includes open bar and champagne toast at Midnight, doors open at 9pm.
