City of Las Vegas: Movies in the Park & more

The Las Vegas City Council invites you and the whole family out to FREE Movies in the Park, plus more spooky family fun!

Located in parks across the valley, head outdoors for a family fun movie, plus free popcorn and bottled water (while supplies last).  The nights are getting cooler, making for incredible evenings outside, why not head over to the park and relax under the stars with a movie.

Here is the upcoming schedule:

Ward 6 Movie in the Park – “Hocus Pocus”– October 6, 6:30pm.  Centennial Hills Park Amphitheatre, 7101 N. Buffalo Drive.

Ward 2 Movie in the Park– October 9, 6:30pm.  Bruce Trent Park, 8851 Vegas Drive.  Food trucks will offer refreshments for sale. Movie title not yet listed.

Ward 4 Movie in the Park– “Hocus Pocus”- October 16, 6pm, Trigono Hills Park, 3805 Cliff Shadows Parkway. For more information, call 702-229-2524.  Food trucks will offer refreshments for sale. Movie begins at dusk. Social distancing, masks and other safety precautions will be required.

Ward 1 Creature Feature– October 29, 6pm-8pm.  Mirabelli Park, 6200 Elton Ave.  Bring the family to the park to enjoy the 2017 animated movie “Coco.” Bring blankets and low chairs to be more comfortable. Ward 3 Halloween Drive-Thru– October 31, 10am-Noon.  Free and open to the public.  Bring the family for a drive-through trunk or treat. Enter the park on St. Louis Avenue; watch for signs at the park.  Baker Park, 1020 E. St. Louis Ave.

Ward 6 Drive-thru Halloween Spooktacular- October 31, 5pm-7pm. Free and open to the public.  Join the Ward 6 staff for a spooktacular Halloween celebration at the back section of the park. Just follow the pumpkins to enjoy spooky music, Halloween décor and treats from community vendors. For more information, call 702-229-5463. Floyd Lamb Park at Tule Springs, 9200 Tule Springs Road.

Social distancing and other safety precautions will be used at all Movies in the park locations. Close captioning will be offered for the hearing impaired. Lawn seating; bring low chairs or blankets to be more comfortable.
