After announcing special hours for seniors during the week in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, Costco has announced it will now provide “priority access” for healthcare workers and first responders.
“Costco is temporarily allowing priority access to our warehouses for Costco members who are healthcare workers and first responders such as police officers, EMTs and firefighters. Healthcare workers and first responders who present a Costco membership card and official identification of their role, will be allowed to move to the front of any line to enter the warehouse.”
In addition, Costco warehouses will also now allow no more than two people to enter the warehouse with each membership card.
Members who are 60 and older will now be allowed to enter from 8-9 a.m. Wednesdays, adding to their previously announced senior hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
