Fall weather is on its way. One of Boulder City’s largest events, Art in the Park, is on its way as well.
The 58th annual Art in the Park is one of the largest outdoor juried art festivals in the Southwest and is the largest fundraiser for the Boulder City Hospital Foundation. The event is held over two days in beautiful Boulder City, Nevada, not far from Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the bright lights of Las Vegas.
Experience hundreds of fine art, fine crafts & traditional craft artists outdoors in the beautiful Boulder City Park.
Art in the Park will be held Saturday, October 1st, 9am-5pm and October 2nd 9am-4pm. Expect to see a wide array of artists, 300+ juried Fine Art, Fine Craft &Traditional Craft artists selling original artwork. There will also be live demonstrations, live music, and raffle giveaways.
The event is FREE to the public, and although Boulder City’s population is just over 15,500, the event draws over 100,000 visitors. 1st through 3rd place ribbons will be awarded in Fine Art, Fine Craft and Traditional Craft categories, as well as an overall “Best in Show” winner.
This is a large event and will encompass a pretty large area, including Wilbur, Bicentennial and Escalante Parks (also includes Colorado St & Arizona St). Art in the Park is also the largest fundraiser benefitting Boulder City Hospital.(401 California Ave. – Boulder City, NV 89005)
